I140和departmental support letter是学校签的。
G-28自己签的，employment verification letter交485才要用，系里秘书开的。

140和departmental support letter都让系主任或者老板签字可以吗，就是能不能不经
过HR。

My 140 was signed by the international office, but my lawyer asked
employment letter which is signed by HR. Also have a letter from the school
to prove more than 3 researchers.
