〉9 （4次）， IF〉5 （7次），IF〉3 （7次）
递交140并pp（一个月后）
又有一片IF10以上文章发表，并参加一个conference，
review次数加到46次（加11次revision）
citation:增加3次 其中有篇nature报道引用，评论一小段，还不错。
USCIS 认可了authorship. 对review有疑问：主要是editor发邀请的时候用了我的
nickname（注册的时候随手填的，后悔）后来一直用nickname邀请。IO对此有疑问。这
个问题不是太大。可以讲杂志上profile打出来，如果肯能的话请主编写的推荐信。
比较大头的问题是不承认国际或全国影响力：
USCIS has carefully reviewed the letters of support submitted on your behalf
and clearly your research has helped the field. However, much of your
research as described by your letters support indicate your research has led
to incremental breakthroughs, but it has not lead to a major significant
discovery. This criterion has not been met because the evidence submitted
does not show that your contributions are considered to be of major
significance to the field of endeavor. Many of the letters of support were
from individuals who already knew you, and the letters of support were
general in nature, and did not establish your accomplishments are any
greater than your peers.USCIS recognizes your original research discoveries;
however, USCIS does not find the totality of your work has risen to a major
significance within your field. Given your low publication rate, and
moderate citation record it has not been established your work has made a
major significant impact within your field. USCIS does recognize the patent
that you have received; however aside from this discovery your work as a
whole does rise to a major significant impact. Conducting research and
discovering incremental breakthroughs is inherent to the position in which
your serve in, and based on the evidence your work has not made a major
significant impact. To assist in determining whether of your contributions
are original and of major significance, you may submit:
Objective documentary evidence of the significance of your contribution to
the field;
Evidence of your work being implemented by others. Possible evidence may
include but is not limited to:
Contracts with companies using of your products;
Licensed technology being used by others;
Any other relevant evidence.
关键是PL中没有突出的top percentage。律师就列了发的杂志是top。

发帖数: 629 | 2 好好挖挖引用排名，28次肯定不会太差的，另外其他的文章10次左右引用的不断调整关
键字和年份再排序看看。还可以把引用高的那几篇用percentile排排看，尽量往
engineering方向靠。 |

发帖数: 988 | 13 Seems that IO's biggest concern is the significance of contribution. Find
out/make comparison how many paper is in your area on average, and how many
citation on average. Did your research being used by your company/school or
other people? And get more reference letters stating they don't know you,
never met you, etc, they heard you from your work, and you are the top
scientist in this field. |
