。律师说等我给了comment以后，会再给我cover letter的draft。想问一下这两个
letter有什么区别？版上走Eb1b的童鞋，是不是都有这样两个letter呢？
我问律师。律师回答如下，请问第三段啥意思？感觉是support letter更重要？虽然很
短。
Support letter is the letter that will come directly from Company. We have
to show that the “offer” of employment is there for the purposes of the I-
140.
The cover letter ties all of the documentation together (expert opinion
letters, Company support letter, your publications, etc.) in the event that

that is included in the package.
Company’s support letter is considered to be “part of the record” whereas
my cover letter is not. If, worst case scenario, the I-140 were to be
denied and we appealed the decision, we would want Company’s support letter
because it gives an initial summary of your accomplishments. My cover
letter would merely be viewed as a letter from the attorney and not really

至于cover letter,律师没给我看，但是我觉得就是文件清单以及申请类别什么的，这个
是公司律师签的
