immigration petition with the intention to retain Dr. AA’s service
permanently. Dr. AA will continue to research and develop new technologies
in areas as stated above. Although he is an at will employee, similar as
anyone else in the company, Dr. AA’s employment has no term limitation and
the company has the financial ability to afford his long-term stay.
我把这封信送给公司的律师去看，但是公司的律师说这封信完全没有必要，因为USCIS
不相信自己熟悉的人提供的evidence。但是问公司的律师会怎么准备提供类似的证据，
他们就说在PL里会提到。
不知道版上熟悉EB1B的大牛们怎么看这封信。这封信是必要的呢，还是就是个plus而已？
而且我有个疑惑，PL里提到难道可以作为evidence吗？是不是公司要在最后file的PL上

Also my lawyer asked HR to write a letter to verify;job title, position type
as permanent, year started, numbers of researchers in the company, etc. | h*****i

听你自己律师的, 写好这封信, 让你manager签字就行了.
