LD人在国内，准备申请H4，公司的雇佣证明是必须的吧。我的麻烦是，前公司被现公司
收购，我的H1上的公司名字，跟我现在工作的公司的名字对不上了。必须要由现公司提
供收购证明文件的吧?这个可以自己做吗？还是要通过律师？着急等待中，谢谢各位大

-Just provide the H1 approval notice and ask your employer to issue an
employment letter to address that your 前公司被现公司收购 and thus, the
current employer continue to sponsor your existed H1 based on the successor-
in-interest rule. Your spouse just needs to show the H1 approval to the IO
for the H4 visa application during the ineterview, and if the IO ask your
current employment proof, then show this employment letter to the IO. |
