今天看突然就发现， 485 notice和765 EAD notice被邮局退回
AP的那个号码还是说系统里找不到这个号。
这是肿么回事， 需要让律师去问吗？ 需要打电话给uscis更新地址吗？ 可是地址明明
是对的， 485, 765和ap三个申请的receipt和fp notice都正确收到了。 |

Also, call USCIS about the returned notices. I think that you don't have to
"change" your address, but just to confirm it again and let them re-send the
notices again.

错误？
Initial Review
On March 26, 2012, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on
this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST
STATUS as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this
case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this
notice to be re-sent.
During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/
petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during
an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional
information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's
criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that
need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud
indicators. |
