有类似的情况么？
看来我要想办法搞定permenant这个关键词。

In our school, after 3 years, research associate title change from research
associate B to research associate C. Then the HR explain research associate
C is a permanent job they would like to sponsor green card application.
I think it totally depends on your school's policy.

发帖数: 446 | 7 不如转成RAP得了，俺们这儿系统内部是faculty，学校的faculty affair又出了一封信
里面专门claim了RAP和AP是等同滴，除了前者focus在研究上。本单位大头在PL里特别
强调了本机构拿了多少多少funding，Dr. Olympicbear的职位在未来的5年内都有支持
，blahblahblah... 反正律师觉得不错，因为是他写的。而学校只管如何搞定我的身份
，让偶这个小部门正常运行就行，其它的不感兴趣。
