发帖数: 21 | 1 Yesterday I heard from a lawyer that only H1b is independent from AOS
status and it is allowed to work. is that mean that a F1 student need to
stop working on campus while I-485 is pending ( in AOS status)
Also, I wonder if I can do volunteer work now with AOS status? My school
requires community serves for graduation, so I need to clear for this legal
issue.

Now our Green Card is pending. I wonder if she needs ot stop working? |

续用F1做校内工作。
