是这样吗？换了工作之后要提供证明新工作还满足eb1b的条件吗？
如果485 pending不到180天换工作，是不是原来的140就废了，得重新申请？
还是只要提供证明新工作还是研究性质，满足eb1b条件。

yes, under AC21.
The new job should be in the similar field as the old job. USCIS judges on
this.
You are at your own risk. If your 485 happens to be processed more than 180
days, then you are still safe under AC21. If your 485 is decided before 180
days, your case is in danger.
It's not exactly a requirement by EB1B on the jobs, but on the similarity of
the jobs.

485交上去了不是就不用再交材料了吗？难道485pending期间换工作要向USCIS
report?
还是打指纹的时候会被查到，所以需要准备证明。（不好意思，对485过程不熟）

One should send in the request to change a job after 485 has been pending
for more than 180 days.
I really don't know how the 485 is processed, and what risk there is if one
does not report.

employer specifying the job title and duties of the offered position, the
minimum educational or training requirements, the date the alien beneficiary
began (or will begin) employment and the offered salary or wage. The letter
must be issued and signed by the appropriate authority within the new
employer's organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of "
permanent" employment.
