多合作，可以找一些工业界的人写推荐信。虽然这些人很多在大公司，可是级别不是很
高，顶多senior principle scientist, 他们都没有很多publication. 都不知要怎样
替他们吹。而且我们是做service的，不参与专利。不能说我们替这些公司具体赚了多
少钱。该怎样利用这些公司推荐人的资源呢？

建议你把这两个材料也提上，然后在加上对方的VL. 如果级别比较低，效用如何就不好
说了。

发帖数: 24532 | 4 Eb1B 就是公司出面啊，否则还叫 啥公司sponsor 啊？ 如果是上市公司，就不需要。
如果是中小公司，不给就很容易被RFE 这点。不给移民官看，你的申请估计就悬。这也
是很多公司不是 e-verify的缘故，因为必须要disclose audit financial statement.
小公司的 1B 申请到后期可能还会有homeland security的上门拜年喝茶，这个也已经
不新鲜咯。

发帖数: 6523 | 5 Just FYI, I got a letter from a company, and the guy does not have a top
title, nor is he a Ph.D. Then I said how much experience he had, what kind
of projects he had been on, something I copied from his linkedin profile.
The reason I used him is that he was on the team and he was familiar with
our work. I think that the big paragraph of him in my RL still sounded good,
and you could of course present him in a favorable way.
Then I added a paragraph on this company and their products that were
relevant to our work, such as their awards, how broadly their clients were
distributed, etc.
In the later part of the letter, we can say some specifics, such as how your
work is applied for them.
We didn't mention anything proprietary or confidential, but just to describe
our work in a general way, or mainly how useful it is.
