这次niw排期到了，2011 十一月485交上之后
今天突然发现 niw的ead 拒绝了
难道不能有两张不同的ead ?

发帖数: 6523 | 4 Did any of your 485's get denied? Oftentimes when there are two 485s, and
one of them gets denied, it means that the other one is approved.
If it's only the EAD that's got denied, but not one of the 485's, then
perhaps it's due to some policy on EAD.
Just wait for a few more days to see what's the deal. Still, given the
timing, I really think that your case is very likely to have been approved.

lg申请过EAD, 现在递485同时又递EAD，需要出示旧的EAD的文件，可是找不到了，就这
么递上去了。 |

发帖数: 6523 | 10 oh, I see. Since the EB1A 140 is in appeal, its associated 485 can not be
approved yet.
Your NIW 485 is fine. And, since your EB1A 485 has been processed earlier
than your NIW 485, some steps may have been done, such as name check, and
your NIW 485 might be very close to be approved.
Besides some possible policy on EAD, there's another possibility of its
denial: When a green card is approved, the EAD/AP will be denied. I
understand that you haven't heard anything on AP yet, but USCIS doesn't work
over weekend, and let's wait to see what messages you'll get in this coming
