去年帮ACS两个杂志审了四次稿子,结果前两天给发了个那东西.
觉的应该对JUDGEMENT这一项有帮助,但对证明是不是SAMLL PERCENTAGE,没多大用.
证明SAMLL PERCENTAGE除了主编出的推荐信,还有没有其他的可行材料? 例如,审过业内
大牛的稿子算不算?我是单独列了一项审稿HIGHLIGHT,审过两篇领域大牛的文章.希望能
