second way.
Another concern is that in the worse case scenario, if, I mean if, the 140
was not approved, then the 485 fee would be wasted, if filed together.
However, if you could know for sure that the 140 is approved after the 15
days, then your 485 fee will not be wasted. But of course, if you are very
confident, and you want to save these 15 days, 140+PP+485 is the fastest way.

name check么，这个移民局又不能控制。 |
