上次我说他可能是个比较senior的人，才会搞到比较多的case.
你的case 在EE里面属于还是可以的，材料可能没组织好。单从你提供的材料看，
international recg as outstanding尚无法证明， 2 patent可以论证original
contribution,但是 尚不能论证significant contribution. 建议重新组织一次材料，
在重新file.
appeal 从前不久一个哥们的奋斗史来看，耗时6个月之后仍然据掉，这样太不合算。
当然我也没有看到别的appeal以后很快成功的案例，仅供参考。

t even look at the new evidence I submitted. But he gave me a long letter (
seems like he reviewed all evidence carefully), saying that international
recognition is not met.One of the reasons he gave is publishing and
reviewing papers are the routine job of a researchers, so they are just your
original research/presentation, not original contribution.
I asked many lawyers afterward, no body suggested appealing.I will refile my
case in a few months.

denial letter. This guy has a title of "acting director".

, the other is about a patent to be commercialized.
My lawyer said there is no need to add more similar letters. It seems that
his strategy doesn't fit with 0002

一定要有详尽的描述，摆事实，讲道理，列数字，列对比。如果都是plain txt,
8篇推荐信很容易被解释成为， 推荐人都是
either working close to you or former collegues ...
就算你不是，他们也不给你机会解释。

Environment Science, Ph.D
Till to the RFE letter submission, I have 17 English journals, 4 Chinese
journals. Of which, 13 English journals where I'm the first authors,
including one published in Nature-sister journal. I reviewed about 30 times
for the good journals in my field, and played as editor board member for 3
journals.
I have consulted with two lawyers this time, and was recommended for re-
filing the case. It seems appealing or motion to re-consideration are both
not advised.

are not good enough as the research that I have been focusing is a narrow

USA legally.
file a new one if you (and your derivatives) have a status or can regain one
easily. |
