with only 20 minutes apart, although the review process may take longer.
According to Liu Law: "TSC要求移民官在5个小时内完成对一个EB-1A或EB-1B申请的
审理。TSC现已把申请时间削减到3个小时"

发帖数: 6523 | 6 Some IDs here did report that their references were contacted by the IOs, so
it did happen, but I don't remember whether it's by phone-call or email. If
by phone-call, it should be within that 3 hours. If by email, the IO could
put it aside to wait for the response and look at other cases, right?
As to googling, they definitely do so. Some IOs like to count the papers and
citations by themselves, and to point out the number inconsistency in the
RFE, etc.
Also based on my own experience, my website has a tracker, and during my PP
waiting time, I got an inquiry entry using my name together with my company'
s name. Nobody searched me like that, and I was suspecting that it was the
IO.
