原信：
this letter must set the tiele, terms and conditions of the positions and :
a deparement of a private empolyer offering the beneficiary a permanent
research position in the beneficiary's academic field.
应该注意什么？除了强调permanent
里面提到来terms，因该是说要求是permanent的吧？
conditions是说的job description吗？
另外为什么强调 private empolyer？ 还有最后说 in academic field? 我在公司

Your company is the private employer, and the offer letter should include
your research responsibilities (tasks) in your research field (the one you
claimed in your 140 application).

是不是应该照着这个写个employment

salary, and that the offer is not temporary.
The employment verification letter is addressed to USCIS, where it shows
that you work there, again your job duties, and there are many researchers (
at least 3), etc.
Both letters are needed in EB1B 140 filing. Now for your RFE, more is
perhaps better than less, and you can submit both.

原来offer letter上面很简单，就是at will那种
用erifyication letter来说明好了
