original contribution的材料。我的问题是，即使我现在补充了这些材料，如果在
Totality上出问题，移民官还会发RFE吗？还是直接拒？谢谢 |

发帖数: 9977 | 2 140 rfe以后再次rfe我没听说过，一般是过或者拒。只听说过485的二次rfe。
个人意见，也许有个例。。

发帖数: 6523 | 4 Indeed, a second 140 RFE is rare.
Well, I know a case where the first 140 RFE was on totality, the second 140
RFE was on research experience, and it was finally approved.
Whatever the RFE is, try your best to answer it. However the result comes
out, that's out of your control, and let it be. But I wish you the best!

the same IO who sent out the RFE.
Whatever it is, make your RFE package a complete package by itself and
strengthen your contribution presentation.
