1. For the people who belong to NSC, through efile, their cases are sent to
TSC. People here have an impression that TSC is easier, although slower.
2. For the people who are very close to their H1B expiration date, efile
date is counted as the official 140 submission date, and that date, earlier
than the actual receipt date, saves them some time lawfully.
