周末回来。两个问题。
1） 上周有篇NATURE子刊接受了，但是现在只有一封EDITOR的接受信。能放进AUTHORSHIP吗？放了怕惹麻烦，不放可惜啊
2）5封独立推荐信，是不是该留一个，以免RFE来不及。

in case of RFE. Later, he did get his RFE, and submitted that letter. But IO
denied that letter, because that letter was signed before he submit his 140

Has your friend got it approved? Did he get a second RFE?
I did see people on this board saying that they just told that reference
that there was some rule change, and they wanted a new signature, etc,
without telling the references anything about RFE. So this re-signing might
be needed, if there was an RFE.

everything the first time, would he feel that he could have been approved?
Of course I understand that luck is always a factor here.

with all that we have. He doesn't want me to hold back anything, and I
agree with him.
