Dear USCIS Immigration Officer:
I am herein filing my immigrant petition as petitioner/beneficiary in the
category of an alien of extraordinary ability under section 203(b)(1)(A) of
the Immigration and Nationality Act.
Through the following documentary evidences and expert testimonies, it will
be shown that I am an alien of extraordinary ability with substantial
research experience in the field of Biology. Specifically, the evidences
submitted below will prove that:
1. I am an alien of extraordinary ability on the basis of the following
facts:
a. Exceptional Authorship: I have authored scholarly articles, and
international conference presentations, and my publications have received
sustained international acclaims (8 C.F.R.§204.5(h)(3)(vi));
b. Judging the Work of Other Scientists: I have served as a judge of the
works of others in my academic field (8 C.F.R. §204.5(h)(3)(iv));
c. Significant Original Contributions: I have made original scientific
contributions which have significantly impacted the field and peer
researchers in my field (8 C.F.R. §204.5(h)(3)(v));
2. Not only do my qualifications meet the criteria as designated above,
but I have also reached a level of expertise indicating that I am “one of
that small percentage who have risen to the very top of the field of
endeavor.” 8 C.F.R. 204.5(h)(2); and sustained national or international
acclaim and that my achievements have been recognized in the field of
expertise. 8 C.F.R. 204.5(h)(3). |
