EB1-B. 485 pending 小于180天的时候。
公司内部换。新Title和老Title工作内容接近，大致70%以上一样。会有什么问题吗？
查了一些帖子，还是比较糊涂。
USCIS怎么知道我换Title了呢？比较工作内容是否接近，又是拿什么和什么对比？
