I asked the lawyers about the time they needed to file after they got
everything from me when I did the case evaluation: some said a week, some
said a month. It's all normal, but it all depends on what your lawyer said
to you.
I would ask after 3 weeks though.

Company lawyers may be as procrastinating as this.
