上周末收到移民局email说我的NIW被RFE，可是没有具体原因。
邮件说:
On September 9, 2011, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or
information in this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please
follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information.
可是我一直没收到任何东西阿。
是寄到律师那里？ |

national scope这个，找些政府的白皮书，报告，还有国家范围内的统计数据，
套上你的专业，说就是了。

national scope有点麻烦，电力网都是local的。我在texas,基本搞texas 电力网的。 |
