发帖数: 1149 | 1 公司的律师，说是给评估EB1B的可行性，他就用了我以前申H1B的资料，也没有问引用
和review的情况。就这样，已经过了20多天，还没有回音。公司又不让直接联系律师，
每次都得通过HR中转。以前联系过也不回我。要不要跟公司说说自己另外找律师？？ |

发帖数: 157 | 4 My company lawyer is the same. She took 4 months to evaluate the possibility
of Eb1, and 4 months to file my case after i gave her everything. She even
wait till last minute to look at my RFE response and submit it for me.
Strongly suggest your DIY or find some outside lawyer who is more
responsible. |

发帖数: 543 | 5 it took my company more than 9 months to file my case with a crappy letter.
Actually it could have taken even longer if I hadn't threatened to take an
offer. Company attorneys don't care, the money goes to their pocket anyway,
sooner or later. The key is your HR . Good luck. |
