道F１毕业后是什么身份。本来没打算这么早结婚的，还不是很了解对方，但是还是想
＂冒个险＂先把证领了，替对方申请签证，这样对方在身份上也没啥压力，毕竟工作不
好找，对方毕业了估计不会很快找到工作。我也担心对方在没身份的情况下选择回国的
可能性多了点，不想失去对方。
最大的问题是申请申请时需要经济证明吗？我又不错的工作，但也是刚毕业工作几个月
，如果需要提供过去几年的tax return的话，我没有。我也找不到熟人做co－sponsor
请知道具体申请手续的同学说说。

, both for you and for her, although I totally understand your point of view
, which is pragmatic. I just hope that you can jump out of this loop and see
that there are lots of other options.
If she leaves you because you do not initiate this marriage procedure, then
probably she's with you for a reason other than love. On the other hand, if
you two can develop your relationship further even if she's in China, then
you can always let her come through marriage later. I hope that she chooses
to marry you because she's happy, rather than avoiding some temporary
worries, as well.
F1 can apply for OPT to find a job, as long as the non-employment days
accumulate to be less than 90 days in a year (the original OPT without
extension) or in 29 months (with OPT extension if in science/engineering
major). If she finds a job that sponsors her H1, she may have the cap-gap
extension if there's a gap between her OPT expiration date and 10/1 H1
effective date.

能性对方找不到工作。我也不认为对方会为了身份去什么语言学校维持F１，对方没主
动想和我结婚拿身份的动机。是我想把对方留在我身边，不想失去对方。海归了一切都
很渺茫了。

去我还是学生，每年就几千兼职打工收入。现在我年薪五六万，经济没问题。可是具体
的手续就有问题了，不知道过去三年的收入考不考虑，担心这影响申请。我没啥asset
，刚工作不久，没啥积蓄。

The sponsor is required to submit an IRS transcript or photocopy of only the
most recent Federal income tax return with the I-864. However, the sponsor
may, submit Federal income tax returns for the three most recent years if
that helps establish his or her ability to maintain the household income
required in the poverty guidelines. The consular officer determines if the
income claimed by the sponsor meets the poverty guidelines. If the claimed
income does not meet the poverty guidelines then the consular officer may
additionally request current year income information. If the sponsor is
relying on income from other household members to reach the minimum required
income, a copy or IRS transcript of each individual's most recent tax
return is also required, and each person must complete a Form I-864A. The
consular officer may request additional evidence of income, such as an
employment letter.

如果你是出生在美国的公民，三倍于你所居住的州的贫困线就可以了，如果你是归化入
籍，五倍于贫困线。建议你好好读读I-864的Instruction. |
