before, however, that client didn't want to wait, so he later filed EB1A by
himself without my lawyer's acknowledgement. My lawyer was quite surprised
as one day he got the NIW rejection, and the arguments were too strict. It
turned out that guy's EB1A was rejected as well, and both rejection letters
looked similar. The requirement for NIW should be less strict, and
theoretically both applications should be reviewed independently, but
unfortunately both cases were checked and rejected together.

previous cases.

be judged independently. 这个案件是属于运气太背。两个的要求根本就不同。版上
很多人，同时file NIW and EB1A.很少有两个同时被拒的。倒是少数人NIW被拒，但
EB1A却批准。当然，大部分都是两个都批准。

director or sort of something, when he pulled off your previous application
as a background information check, he is not happy with the previous VO's
decision. He can do that. That happen rarely and it is just pure bad luck if
it happened.
