说我可以Re-open，但是要另外缴费：
a motion to reopen and application or petition denied due to abandonment
must be filed with evidence that the decision was in error because:
i) the requested evidence was not material to the issue of eligibility;
ii) the required initial evidence was submitted with the application or
petition, or the request for initial evidence or additional information or
appearance was compiled with during the allocated period； or
iii) the request for additional information or appearance was sent to an
address other than that on the application, petition, or notice of
representation subsequent to filing and before the Service's request was
sent, and the request did not go to the new address.
我有寄到NSC，PP， Street Address的FedEx原始收据，和FedEx网站上5月12日寄到并
被签收的网页打印证据。
请问用这些去Re-open Petition够了吗？

原来看过Liu law的一个文章好像说是USCIS计算错了时间，然后给RFE据了，后来又重
新审了的case, 研究研究，看看怎么搞。。。

有两个差别：
他们的信封上在USCIS Premium Processing前有DHS/，我没有写
另外我写了Street Address，(850 S. Street)，他们的信封上没有（这是FedEx的要求）
另外邮编信封上是68501-7103
我写的是第一次寄PP时的邮编，68508
唉，看来真的寄错地方了，不过不知道为什么，既然都是PP，另外收到的那个Office也
不给Forward一下
另外我好像没有把RFE的第一页纸放到寄去的材料里，真是忙中出错，唉。。。。。。

it. You should always follow the instruction, in this case the address on
the small envelope. Most likely the address is a PO Box, then you should
mail it with USPS, which is cheaper and equally good.
Any way, shit already happened. So, just try your best to claim your right
and let them reopen your case -- which I believe you have enough evidence to
support. I bless you with my whole heart.

子，没有老人帮忙，另外寄这个RFE之后几天就回国一周去开了个会，回来又是MBA拉下
的作业和期末考试，还有工作上拉下的一大堆事情
