系里面和学校里面可能不会在合同中写上permanent position的字样，因为换不换
title我都是靠老板的grant出三年的工资，如果说是permanent position，他们会担心
三年以后老板课题没钱了学校还要付我工资。不知道该怎么办？没戏了吗？合同不出现
permanent position的字样，只说annually renew 行吗？
谢谢大家了。我的情况勉强够EB1b，不想走NIW到6，7年以后才拿到卡。 |

现在EB1b都要通过学校办的,HR 出employment letter. Permanent position 是必须的
.不过各学校不同,有的学校就可以给你出这封信,有的就不可以.和TITLE关系不大的说.
