I am very sorry but I do not know you and I cannot recommend you to the INS.
This would be unethical. INS is a serious organization that will verify
your supporting parties. Getting a letter from someone who does not know
would degrade your application immediately. So be careful in getting support
if you are willing to stay in the US.

所谓独立推荐人，不是说根本不知道你是谁，而是说“只闻其名，未见其人”。好比你
跟霍金不咋认识，但你可以给霍金写推荐信因为你知道他是何许人，干过什么牛b事儿
。但霍金可能从来没听说过你，那就不能给你写推荐信因为也不知道你做过什么工作。
其实EB1的默认前提就是你是领域里响当当的人物，有那么一票人虽然不personally认
识你但是对你仰慕已久。这些人就是给你写独立推荐信的人。当然实际上咱们一般没那
么牛，但是找一些熟悉你工作但是又没见过你的人还是不难的。

USCIS要求的independent 是doesn't know you personally
而不是doesn't know you.
这两个的还是有区别，如果根本就不知道我们，还写推荐信，确实像他说的，不合适，
不过一般人也就是不回信罢了，
