I had GC since mid 2007 and plan to apply green card for my parents once I
have US citizenship. Can anobody suggest the earlest date to apply GC for my
parents and how fast it can be done. I heard that if it is easier and
faster if my parents stay in US when their GC application is filed. Is that
true?
