I wish someone can share with me more for the green card application for
parents.
Because the current state I live now does not have a good medical benefit
for parents. However, the place i state is closer to state New York and I
heard the parents can get the medical benefit right away. I just wonder I
can apply for the green card for parents in different state where I live?
I really appreciate anyone who has experience can share with me.
