一定要拿到approval notice才能发那个relink email么？
另外，当年NSC把我转到加州了，那个relink request该往哪里发啊？

ME PhD in Top Univ, 6yr industry experience
publication > 10 including a book chapter, half is 1st author
citation > 300, ~ 2/3 from non-1st author papers
review ~ 4, 1 session chair at a random conference
recommendation 5, graduate school advisor is Academy Member and currently a
Director in DC (我觉得我一定是沾了他的光), one top school (diff from mine)
dept chair, one Canada chair prof, one Europe prof (independent), and one
Chinese Academy member.
I don't know what the company lawyer has claimed. Did not see the package at
all. I did revise the recommendation letters myself.
