申请材料中已经有了一封editor in chief的信说明了selection是由于outsanding. 不
过Office358认为review的次数太少，而且也没有提及这封推荐信。如何回复？
2。 只认可了英文的citation.所有知网查出的citation都没有提及。358认为文章引用
太少，举例说06年的文章只有7次，07年的只有3次。 可是我的研究领域引用都是很少
。而且我还附上了文章下载次数的记录。最近一年的文章偏向工业界，引用几乎没有，
不过下载次数到是很多。 另外就是以前发表的中文文章，引用到是很多，但是不知道
为什么移民官没有采用。知网查到的引用我是自己翻译，找人写了一封证明信说明翻译
和原件相同。还有就是我以前中文的文章和现在所从事的领域不是完全相关。会不会因
为这才没有被采用？还是别的原因？
3. 认为推荐信都是来自导师，合作者和professional contacts. 不能证明我的工作有
国际影响力。 推荐信我一共要了7封。除去导师外，其中一封是在澳大利亚的一个杂志
主编，一封是在西班牙的教授曾经review过我的文章。还有一份是在美国的教授，我根
本不认识，是通过导师的关系要到的推荐信。另外一封是工业界的一个合作者。 目前
看来移民官没有认可以上推荐信的独立性，认为它们是来自professional contacts.
难道推荐信要找一点联系都没有的人写吗？ 现在很难再找到其他不认识的人写推荐信
了。 有什么其他办法吗？
现在看来eb1的审查是严格了。虽然三项的claim都满足了。第二步还是没有通过。 请
各位有经验的，看看怎么回复这个NOID. 我在这里谢谢了。 |

引用多，英文的最进4年的引用少，主要是研究领域的问题。358好像没有认可我以前的
中文引用，所以他认为引用少。 |

其他的只有硬材料了。outstanding：博士学位，citation总数和分布，quality of
