我8月收到入籍打指模的通知，可是在他规定的时间我不在美国，所以马上就申请从新
安排时间，可是没看清文件，没有付原来通知的原件，只付了复印件。结果通知的时间
过后没有回信，就用看了一次，发现要邮寄原件给移民局从新安排时间，结果10月初又
从新邮寄了原本的通知书和我要求从新安排时间的申请。到现在也没有回信。
怎么办呢？打电话给移民局，他们说要查的话要到明年二月以后才可以帮我查。可是绿
卡快过期了，要不要RENEW呀。
大家有啥好办法没有。

发帖数: 741 | 3 Apparently you did not read the notice, CAREFULLY. The notice said that if
you can not show up at the scheduled time, you can walk in at a certain time
each week. I normally see Wednesday. In reality, here is what you could
have done:
1. Early walk in. Many support centers are not very busy and they do not
mind you walk in any time (before the schedule appointment) as long as you
have the original notice. If you have support evidence (such as travel plan
with tickets) that you can not show up at the scheduled time, I believe even
those centers normally do not allow early walk in (usually the busy metro
centers) will bend the rules.
2. Show up at the scheduled time. You said you can not do that.
3. Walk in as the notice specified after the schedule time, normally
Wednesday as I know.
4. Walk in any time after the scheduled appointment.
5. Reschedule - totally unnecessary in most cases and a complete waste of
time and total screw up your own case.

发帖数: 6 | 4 不对呀，通知上说一定要RESCHEDULE呀，没说可以在别的时间去的。
现在怎么办呢？已经没有原来的通知了。 |

发帖数: 6 | 5 刚电话客服了，她说SAN JOSE中心不接受WALK IN，所以我的通知也没有这么说。客服
说现在SANJOSE中心在处理5个月前的CASE，等他们处理到我的CASE就会给我通知了，所
以到1月中还没信的话，我再电话客服，他们就可以帮我催了。
估计他们收到我的信，根本不处理，放到FILE里，等轮到我的CASE才处理。
效率太低了。 |
