请各位指教。
1. Part 3. last line. current nonimmigrant status : 现在用的是 opt-
extension. what should I put in? "F1" or "F1-OPT" or "OPT" ？
2. part 4, item 2, print the person's foreign address. Put in English or
Chinese?
3. part 4, item 3, write the person's foreign name and adress in the native
alphbet. Put in Chinese? (we call it alphabet???)
4. Part 5, item 3, occupation. post doctoral researcher? or just researcher?
