I have H1-B now. My 140 and 485 still pending for 3 months at NSC center for
EB-1B.
What if I got REF/NOID for 140 while I am back in China, can I still use AP
back to US?

BTW，你的AP从网上通知批准到收到信件用了多少天？

My lawyer told me even I got RFE or NOID I can still use AP back.
