Who can help me with this question?
If I want to apply for Eb1b, which kind of letter should I obtain from the
department ( I am a postdoc now)? What kind of key words should be shown in
the letter? I can easily change the job title to "research associate,
scientist, etc", but it seems very difficult to request a"permanent" job
letter from the department.

saying " we expect to employee xxx indefinitely , given he/she continue to
perform his/her job duty satifactorily".
also in I140 it has to say a permanent position.
That's pretty much it is. Plus three years experience. |

发帖数: 1698 | 8 听起来有点tricky啊，postdoc一般都有年头限制吧？
如果要是能写上“This is a permanent position with no fixed term”
之类的话就比较好

permanent position都是从hr那里忽悠来的 。。。。
