with just a few people.
Publication: 14 journal papers, including 6 first authored papers.
Journals rank quite high in the field but IF is low due to field. 30

Citations: about 250, >100 independent citations.
Review: 8 times for journal articles by the time of submission of

get everything in place, especially the support letters.
