本公司正在给我renew H-1B,估计两三个月之后才能批准。同时如果我面试其他公司拿
到offer，如果对方公司不能等到我renew的H-1B批准后再申请transfer，能在renew
pending的同时给我申请transfer吗？会不会有什么风险？主要是目前的工作太无聊了

发帖数: 1799 | 2 It is fine if two petitions come from different company for new H1B. The question is the second company need your previous H1B copy, maybe your case still is a transfer case not a new case. | F**p

, you are waiting for the new one coming, it is not allowed to do transfer.
