Our 485 finally got approved on Friday. I am not sure if it is caused bythe
follow up email we send or the service call we made(was able to speak to an
supervisor).
I think you should continue "harras" them. It is their issue since the case
is outside the processing time. In my case, the officer just sit on the case
for two months-nc cleared on April!
