So HR will give out an Offer letter. But they do not sign 140.

发帖数: 220 | 9 你现在的问题在于你的文章相对比较少，因为文章少的话相应而言contribution也不是
很好吹。最好你能再发掘下，看你的文章有没有被报道过，有没有别人大段引用或评论
过，或者有别人或公司在使用你的方法等。如果以前有中文文章也可以拿来凑数。至少
引用而言，不同专业不一样，并且你还有两篇才发表不久，也可以说是因为发表时间短
引用少。你可以claim critical role,但一来得建立在你这个group有大的影响力，你
个人在group中发挥巨大的作用上，可以试一试。但无论如何你的authorship,
contribution需要通过才好说。你的travel awards and IEEE awards and graduate
students awards可用支持contribution。authorship的话，如果文章不够，可以考虑
用会议摘要论文来弥补，如果你能证明你参加的会议很N， 你的会议文章也很N，再能
拿到一两封会议主席或Section主席的信证明的话，还是可以一试的。good luck! |
