1. 疫苗接种史:
我以前接种过不少疫苗,可是不记得有什么书面记录. 大家都是怎么找到自己的
vaccination record的啊? 要是我没有这个,可以请医生抽血做抗体检测,重新开证明么?
2. MEDICAL RECORDS (ONLY COMPLETE IF PRIORITY DATE IS CURRENT)
这个是律师列的准备用于file 485 的list里面的一项. 不太明白什么意思. Priority
date 具体指的是什么啊?
3. USCIS authorized Civil Surgeons 只管做vacination examination 还是所有的
file 485 所需的medical examination?

This works for TB.
Priority
because the medical exam results are only valid for one-year. This means
that you don't need to do the exam so early if you cannot submit 485. I
guess you don't have this issue. This seems a general standard statement
lawyers put in their instructions.
Everything. Depending on the clinic, the Civil surgeon may refer yoyu to get
some vaccination through health department or your family doctor.

One more question:
My lawyer gave me a checklist with more than 10 different kinds of vaccine
that is requested by USCIS. However, I went to see the doctor today and was
told that I only need to get shots on a few of them. Is this correct?
