My attorney will file my EB1B application soon, I belong to NSC area, not
sure if I need efile or not. It seems efile will go to TSC, but it maybe
transfered to NSC, which could cause delay. my case is not very strong and
decided not to use PP.
Anyone has any suggestions?

Does NSC and TSC really make a difference? efile+pp may go to TSC, but I
really don't want PP. will PP cause RFE?
