If you file I-485 as spouse of primary I-140 beneficiary, you need marriage
certificate. If your kids apply as derivatives, their birth certificate
should show that you are one of the parents.
If you mean your parents or siblings, 亲属公证 should have been filed with
your I-130 already, no need to file again with their I-485. |
