she cannot defend the fraud upon entry if your case IO is hostile. After 90
days, you can marry and file and should be no problem for her to get
conditional GC in 3 to 5 months after filing. |

and will give you blessing. Some hostile IO can easily make it a big deal
based on fraud (you entered US with intent to marry with B visa) and it may
end up in the immigration court. You don't want that.
