此前7月已经开始在现在的公司就职工作。换新工作递交的H1B renew, USCIS在去年9月
才收到的receipt notice。请问各位有经验的，如果我们在她的工作履历上如实记录
“前一个公司工作到去年8月，现公司从去年7月开始”会不会出问题，因为有一个月（

started in B.
It does seem to be flaws there, she started to work for B in July, but B
filed H1B 2 months later? She should not work for B when on A's H1 and
before B filed H1 transfer petition. |
