了单程票，打算和我住一段时间。我担心他们过关会有问题，所以想写封信让医生签字
他们带过来给海关看。请问有没有人写过类似的信？有用吗？

发帖数: 8496 | 2 1. if this is the FIRST time since LPR that they stay out of US over 6
months, no problem at all.
2. If they had more than one long out-of-US stays since LPR, they may be
grilled and warned this time.
3. If they had been warned when reentry before (for out-of-US too long) and
noted in the computer system, it is dangerous, and you should prep them for
possible options (such as voluntary give up admission, or enter with a
notice to appear before a judge,..) | u********y

I have prepared a letter from my mom's doctor in case needed.

S. It's leaving for more than 1 year that they can no longer use the green
card to re-enter. |
