to change jobs in a similar field. However, my H1b will be 6 years by july
2012. I also have NIW 140 approved. My question is if I use NIW 140 to
extend my H1b, will my Eb1b I 485 be still ok? I would appreciate your help! |

但你485都等了6个月了，EAD也没批？ 你做 SR 要求加快485批准了么？
其实，你明年7月h1b 才到期，在之前，485肯定批了。别太担心。

没有做延期，485又没被批准，则您的身份会出问题。最好等485批了再换雇主。 |

is not for h1 extension. Right now, you can ask your new employer to
transfer your h1b and file extension for you. Bless!
