现在O-1, 打算申EB1b, 公司律师想同时申h1b, 说如果在adjust of status期间,
while we don't anticipate the AOS applications to be denied, should this
happen even if due to government error you would still have valid working
status if the H-1B is in place.
是不是说转换期间如果AOS被拒, O-1也失效了, 是这样么?
