Today my lawyer told me that only reason I was denied is because CIS lost
all my documents but they did cash my check!!
How can they cashed check which came with the documents, then said they can
not find my documents?
Stupid US CIS.
I am going to consider leaving this country now. |

我刚刚开始考虑绿卡的事，但是听说像你这种情况可以再递，或者appeal什么的。我想
你再try一次就好了。
不要太frustrated.我也刚刚经历了一次和移民局非常fraustrated的经历，和你有过同
样的想法。但是我相信你再try一次就好了。
像我的背景还比较弱呢，不知道能办哪个category的绿卡。

律师说要appeal的话，得准备3套所有资料，以及律师费3900。又得求爷爷告奶奶的要
推荐信。我担心如果他们能丢一次，还会第二次。 |

发帖数: 25 | 6 刚刚递交了motion to reopen，交上了证据证明是他们丢了我的材料。打了几次电话，
告诉他们丢的材料一定是在485的箱子里，他们都说没有人力去找，太官僚了，比中国
不差。 |
